ICARUS: The birth of flight (theatrical performance) 2008
Theatrical production of the myth of Icarus, performed on a natural location on the island of Ikaria, birthplace of the myth. The theatrical production, “Icarus: The birth of flight”, based on works by acclaimed writer Menelaos Loudemis. The play was presented on the island Ikaria, in a world premiere, as the main event of the cultural festival Icariada ’08, under the auspices of the Hellenic Ministry of Mercantile Marine and in co-production with production companies Musicom and Max Productions.
